If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
🧾 1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
- You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- You notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
⚠️ Note: Customized, discounted, or promotional offer items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective.
📦 2. Return Procedure
To request a return or exchange:
Contact our support team via phone, 01300-712707.
Provide your order number/your phone number, product image, and a short description of the issue.
Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.
Once approved, within 1-3 working days will take product.
💳 3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified.
If the return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer) within 3–7 working days.
If the product was purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will send your refund via mobile banking after confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🔁 4. Exchange Option
If you prefer, you can exchange your returned item for another product of equal value.
Exchange delivery may take 3–5 working days after we receive the original product.
The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. If you choose a product with a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference.
🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are non-returnable:
Used or washed lungis
Items without original packaging or tags
Clearance sale or promotional offer products
