- We reserve the right to update, modify, or change any part of these terms at any time.
- Product Information
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
- Product availability is subject to stock. If a product is unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Sajib Textile reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Payment methods include mobile banking (Bkash, Nagad), bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Order & Delivery
If your order has been placed cash on delivery. You get call or message for confirmation!
- The order will be delivered within 1-2 working days inside Dhaka and within 3-5 working days outside Dhaka through Pathao or steadfast courier.
- Sajib Textile is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service or natural circumstances.
- Make sure to check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting your product.
- Customers with low ratings may be subject to pre-delivery charges.
